1 large onion, thyme
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper
Salt to taste
METHOD:
Chop conch and onion in a food processor; put in a bowl with other ingredients and water to form a soft spoonable mixture. Fry by dropfuls in hot oil.
