4 Medium Chiles — finely chopped
1 Medium Onion — finely chopped
2 Medium Tomatoes — finely chopped
1 Can Tomato Paste
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
Salt And Pepper — to taste
2 Cans Beef Stock
Rice — cooked
Directions Beef stock and beef to boil. Lower heat, simmer 20 minutes. Add remaning ingredients. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
