12 Ounces Peas
12 Ounces Corn
4 Cups Mashed Potates
3 Tablespoons Butter
Salt And Pepper — To Taste
3 Pounds Fillet Mignon — Cubed
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
6 Tablespoons Flour
2 Cups Onion Soup
Directions Mix together mashed potatoes with corn, peas, butter, salt and pepper. Saute meat in oil until browned. Remove steak and add flour to the oil. Make a light brown roux. Add onion soup mixture and simmer for 5 minutes. Place a mound of potatoes on the place, cover with steak and gravy. Serve.
