Africa: Lamb With Coriander Marinade (Or Beef) (Egypt)

Ingredients
* 2 Cloves Garlic — Chopped
* Salt And Pepper — To Taste
* 1 Small Red Chiles — Chopped
* 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
* 2 Tablespoons Dried Cilantro
* 1 Tablespoon Ground Coriander
* 1 Teaspoon Cumin
* 1 Teaspoon Tumeric
* 1 Cup Yogurt
* 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
* 1 Pound Lamb Or Beef — Cubed
* Cilantro — For Garnish
Directions combine in large bowl, everything but lamb (or beef) and garnish, stir well; add lamb (or beef) to marinate and marinate overnight.
Preheat broiler or BBQ thread lamb onto skewers; and broil until done, about 5 minutes per side; seve garnished with cilantro.
Serves 4
