Ingredients
* 4 Chicken Breast — halves
* 6 Large Shrimp — optional
* 2 Teaspoons Garlic Salt
* 2 Teaspoons Paprika
* 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
* 2 Onions — diced
* 4 Cloves Garlic — minced
* 4 Large Tomatoes — pureed
* 1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
* 4 Ounces Water
* 2 Poblano Peppers — chopped
* 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
* 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
* 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
* 1 1/2 Cups Rice
* 3 Cups Chicken Stock
* 1 Cup White Wine
* Parsley — garnish
Directions 1. Marinate the chicken and the shrimp (peeled) with garlic salt & paprika in refrigerator 2 hours.
2. Saute onions & garlic in olive oil,
3. Add chicken, tomatoes, tomato paste, chilies, spices, simmer 5 minutes.
3. Add rice & liquids, bring to boil.
4. Reduce heat, simmer until rice and meat are done (20-30).
5. Add shrimp until they turn pink, serve.
