Ingredients
* 3 Pounds Chicken — Cubed
* 3 Tablespoons Butter
* 1 Large Onion — Chopped
* 3 Cloves Garlic — Chopped
* 2 Tablespoons Flour
* 2 Cans Tomatoes — Chopped
* 1/4 Cup Sherry
* 1 Tablespoon Salt
* 1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
* Rice Or Mashed Potatoes — Cooked
Directions Saute chicken in butter until browned. Add onion and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes. Add flour. Stir well. Add tomatoes, sherry, salt and red pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
