Ingredients

* 1 Can Red Beans
* 1 Large Onion — chopped
* 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
* 3 Medium Tomatoes — chopped
* 1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
* 1 Tablespoon Garlic
* 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
* Salt And Pepper — to taste

Directions saute onions and garlic in oil until onion is transparent. add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
